Absolutely! Your photo template is custom-designed to complement the look and feel of your event. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll use your colors, theme, invitations, signage, or inspiration to create a design that feels cohesive with your celebration.

Choose between 2x6 or 4x6 prints—or mix both sizes for your event. We’ll send you design options to review and approve before your event.

Have a vision already? Send us your Pinterest boards, mood boards, invitations, or other inspiration so we can get a feel for the look you’re going for.

We typically arrive 2–3 hours before your event begins to allow enough time to position the trailer, complete setup, test our equipment, and have everything ready before your guests arrive.

Even if your photo booth experience is scheduled to begin later in the event, we prefer to complete setup beforehand whenever possible to avoid unnecessary interruptions once your celebration is underway.

Yes! Our vintage trailer photo booth was designed with outdoor events in mind. Because the experience takes place inside a fully enclosed, climate-controlled trailer with A/C and heating, guests can enjoy a comfortable space while our studio lighting provides consistent, high-quality photos throughout your event.

Trailer Dimensions
Our 1963 Shasta Airflyte is approximately 15'10" long (including the hitch), 7' wide, and 8'4" high. Please keep these dimensions in mind when choosing your setup location and confirming access with your venue.

We’ll need a safe, level area with enough clearance to pull in, position, and remove the trailer. Please also consider gates, narrow driveways, low-hanging trees, overhead structures, tight turns, and other obstacles that could affect access.

Not sure if your space will work? Send us photos or a video of the setup area and we’ll be happy to take a look.

Guests can enjoy unlimited photo booth sessions and unlimited instant prints throughout your booked service time. They can choose from your custom-designed 2x6 and/or 4x6 templates and also receive digital copies instantly via text or QR code.

After the event, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery with the digital images from your celebration. We’ll also mail you a keepsake package with a copy of every print created during your event.

Yes! A Champagne Cheers attendant will remain on-site for the entire photo booth experience. We’ll welcome guests, help them navigate the booth, assist with photos and printing when needed, restock supplies, and make sure everything continues running smoothly throughout your event.

The booth is easy for guests to use independently, but we’ll always be nearby if anyone needs a little help.

Welcome to Champagne Cheers. By accessing or using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our website or submitting a booking.

1. Use of Website

This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use to learn more about Champagne Cheers, view our services and portfolio, submit event inquiries, and book our photo booth experience.

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, copy, reproduce, or interfere with the website, its content, functionality, or security.

2. Inquiries & Availability

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or guarantee your event date.

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Champagne Cheers. Event dates are reserved only after all required booking steps have been completed, including the required deposit and service agreement when applicable.

Availability may change at any time until a reservation is officially confirmed.

3. Booking & Deposit

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by Champagne Cheers.

The remaining balance, payment deadlines, event details, and other booking requirements will be outlined in your individual rental or service agreement.

4. Pricing & Services

Prices, packages, add-ons, promotions, and services displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Any pricing confirmed in a signed service agreement will be honored according to the terms of that agreement.

Additional fees may apply depending on event location, travel distance, additional service time, custom décor, special requests, venue requirements, or other services requested by the client.

5. Event & Venue Requirements

Champagne Cheers operates a vintage trailer photo booth, which requires appropriate vehicle and trailer access to the event location.

Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits the trailer on the property and provides a safe, accessible, and reasonably level setup area with sufficient space for arrival, placement, operation, and departure.

Certain events may also require access to an appropriate power source.

Additional event, access, setup, weather, and venue requirements may be included in your service agreement.

6. Arrival & Setup

Champagne Cheers generally arrives approximately 2–3 hours before the scheduled photo booth service time to allow adequate time for trailer placement, setup, styling, equipment preparation, and testing.

Clients and venues should ensure the designated setup area is accessible before our scheduled arrival.

Unexpected access restrictions, venue delays, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside of our control may affect setup or service.

7. Outdoor Events & Weather

Our trailer photo booth is designed primarily for outdoor events; however, service is subject to safe operating and weather conditions.

Champagne Cheers reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or discontinue setup or service if weather, terrain, venue conditions, restricted access, or other circumstances create an unsafe environment for our team, equipment, trailer, guests, or property.

Specific weather-related cancellation or rescheduling terms will be governed by your signed service agreement.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and date-transfer policies are governed by the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated in writing by Champagne Cheers.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all cancellation and rescheduling policies before completing their booking.

9. Photo Booth Prints & Digital Media

Photo booth images, GIFs, digital galleries, print designs, filters, and sharing features are provided according to the services included in the client's selected experience.

Champagne Cheers cannot guarantee uninterrupted digital sharing when internet, cellular service, third-party platforms, or other technology outside of our control is unavailable or interrupted.

10. Client Media & Promotional Use

Photos and videos captured by Champagne Cheers during an event may be used for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes where permitted by the client's service agreement and applicable consent requirements.

If you have specific privacy concerns regarding the use of event imagery, please contact Champagne Cheers before your event so they can be addressed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, videos, graphics, text, logos, branding, designs, photo booth concepts, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Champagne Cheers unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Champagne Cheers.

12. Privacy & Personal Information

Information submitted through our website may be used to respond to inquiries, process bookings and payments, communicate about events, provide requested services, maintain business records, and operate our business.

Certain information may be processed by third-party service providers used to operate our website, booking system, payment processing, communications, or related services.
